I was the lead programmer on this forklift simulator developed for Aspanias, an organization that
focuses on helpìng people
with mental disabilities. As the first forklift lessons are fairly dangerous, they wanted a tool to
train drivers before going to the actual forklift.
The goal of this project was to create a
simulator to train drivers to use a lateral forklift with the ultimate goal of
working at the L'Oréal factory in Burgos. We developed a replica of a small area of the factory so
that the workers could see an environment as close as possible to the actual one they would be
working on.
