You can use the Item Black Glasses on a Squirtle to turn it into a cool Squirtle.
Cosplay Pikachu
Cosplay Pikachu doesn’t forget the exclusive moves it learns when changing cosplay. It also has different typing depending on the cosplay to make it more interesting. The moves it learns are slightly changed since in newer generations normal Pikachu can learn some of those moves. To learn the moves, bring it to a Poké Center to remember them.
